According to local media reports, the Brazilian police have closed their investigation into the rape accused in Neymar and have not found enough evidence to prosecute, the MTI writes.

Police will hand over the investigation materials to the prosecution, which will have 15 days to drop the charges or order another investigation.

The Paris Saint-Germain player was accused in May by a Brazilian model of being drunk and raped in Paris in May. Shortly afterwards, a hidden camera footage surfaced of the case, in which she began beating Neymar and said he was receiving it for attacking her and leaving her in a hotel the previous day.
