The four 16-year-old children who broke down the Market Deeping Railway Club’s rail model exhibition in Stamford, England, on May 18 have been fined, the BBC writes.
The young people consumed a bottle of vodka in total to claim they were ready for their next day’s exam.
The court found that the four young people had deliberately shuffled the exhibition tables, cut the exhibits on the wall and, after destroying the priceless items, began playing football.
The club told the British press back in May that it had taken years for their makers to make some field tables, and for many, it was a life-time job. After the vandalism, £ 107,000 was donated to the Market Deeping Railway Club, including famed railroad model Rod Stewart giving £ 10,000.
