Skeyes can be expected to cancel flights at airports in Belgium due to the wildfire of several workers in the Belgian air traffic control and safety company. The flight to Budapest is not yet affected by the stoppage – said the Eurocontrol, a Brussels-based European air traffic control organization, on Thursday.
According to information, a strike organized by employees is planned between half an hour and one o’clock in the afternoon; The stoppage also affects all airports in Belgium, including Charleroi Airport, which receives mainly low-cost airlines.
According to Eurocontrol’s information, at least sixty flights have been canceled so far, and the flight outage does not affect the Budapest flight for the time being.
