On November 7, 1997, forty-year-old William Mold went to a bar in Florida for a drink. At half past ten, he was still talking to his girlfriend on the phone, telling her she was going home slowly, and around eleven people had seen her leave the car. They’d never heard of it again.
Until August 2019, when the police received a report from someone:
YOU’RE LOOKING AT GOOGLE MAPS AND THERE’S A LAKE IN THE CORNER OF A HOUSE WHERE YOU SEE A WHITE DOWN CAR.
Authorities also went to the scene, pulled the car out of the lake and found human remains. They were identified and it turned out
They belong to a man who disappeared twenty-two years earlier.
