Marshall Bruce Mathers Jr., the father of Eminem, who died in Fort Wayne, Indiana, was confirmed by his neighbors and family members. TMZ said he had a heart attack, died at the age of 67.
Eminem – whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III – hardly collapsed at the news, because he had no relationship with his biological father, and his letters to him were regularly labeled as “addressed unknown”.
Eminem’s mother, Debbie, said the man was 22 years old and she was only 15 when they married. Two years later their son was born, but then he left them, moved to California, while the woman moved with the child (the little Eminem) and settled in Detroit.
