The epic season is a favorite time for many. With this grit we can make it even better.
Ingredients approx. For 8 pieces
50 dkg of strawberries
1 handful of mint
6 leaves gelatin
50 dkg curd
2 dl cream
1.5 dl orange juice
15 dkg of sugar
1 Thin SpongeBob (Available)
1. The strawberries are washed, cleaned and cut into thin slices. Eight small cups or cups (approximately 1.5-2 dl capacity) are lined with fresh foil. The nicer slices of bile are glued to its side and the remaining strawberries are chopped. Rinse the mint and chop finely.
2. Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water, break the curd and beat the cream into a hard foam. Take it with a tablespoon, heat it with half the orange juice, and then melt the squeezed gelatin in it. Pour over the curd, stirring constantly, and add the remaining orange juice and sugar, as well as the diced strawberries and mint.
3. Pour the cream into the lined cups so that the bile slices stuck to its sides do not move. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
3. From the sponge cake we prick the collars the size of the mouth of the chalice. Squeeze the cream, turn it on a plate and roll it. Peel off the foil and serve cold.
Work: approx. 45 minutes + cooling
