Leading Western European stock markets signaled a boost one hour after trading on Tuesday began, while Asian stock exchanges closed.
At ten o’clock, the London FTSE-100 index was 0.39 percent, the Frankfurt DAX30 index 0.11 percent, and the Paris CAC-40 index 0.19 percent.
In Asia, the fairs have closed. On the Tokyo stock exchange, the Nikkei225 index finished the day up 0.55 percent at 20,677 points. The broader TOPIX index rose 0.83 percent.
The Australian stock market closed 1.20 percent higher, Taipei’s 0.06 percent and Seoul’s 1.05 percent higher than Monday.
At the same time, the Shanghai stock exchange closed at 0.11 percent and the Hong Kong stock exchange closed at 0.16 percent.
At ten o’clock, the price of the North Sea Brent oil dropped 1 cents to $ 59.73.
Gold fell 0.16 percent per ounce ($ 2.35) to $ 1509.25.
